We are launching a number of opportunities for highly skilled and creative individuals with a passion for skills, who also embrace new challenges.
This is such an exciting time to join the team as we embark on a journey to create and deliver a whole host of different work streams, tackling many of the council's high priority areas.
Building on some existing skills support services, the team will work to develop and deliver a range of programmes, projects and campaigns to meet business and employment needs, one of the key deliverables we feel will allow us to maintain a strong economy with a well skilled population.
The team will offer a number of support services, primarily supporting businesses, gathering economic needs, whilst also supporting in the creation of career opportunities linking to employment, education and skills partners.
The team engage widely with a number of external partners and stakeholders who we collaborate with to widen our reach.

The role of Business Skills Support Advisor plays an important part in supporting businesses to acquire the talent needed to enable continued sustainability and growth in Warwickshire.
