A positive and thriving Building Surveying Practice, based in Manchester, are now looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join their professional team.


The Chartered Building Surveyor Role
The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be working within the residential, utilities and commercial sectors.


The Chartered Building Surveyor will be taking on duties such as completing surveys, contract administration, expert witness reports and liaising with solicitors.

This position will have responsibilities for projects across the Northwest.


The Chartered Building Surveyor

  • MRICS
  • 4+ years' experience
  • Ideally, commercial, residential and utilities project experience
  • Professional services experience
  • Confident with managing a variety of clients
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously
