Description
The RYR onsite materials representative has the following responsibilities while overseeing and supporting a base maintenance check being performed by an external maintenance organisation, duties include but not limited to:

  • Ensuring all material requests are processed and updates are regularly provided
  • Ensuring all applicable costs are approved and purchased in a timely manner
  • Attending daily meeting with onsite teams and 3rd party representatives
  • Ensuring all parts supplied to 3rd parties have correct certification as required, printed off and supplied before materials arrive to facility.
  • Ensuring all unserviceable materials are processed correctly, and all retuning RYR materials are processed IAW RYR processes
  • Responsible for confirming incoming shipments that arrive from RYR as required at the 3rd party by ensuring what has been requested, has been sent and arrived correctly
  • Liaising with the 3rd party stores teams to ensure deliveries arrive in good condition and stored correctly
  • Ensuring all shipments are being monitored through transit and ensuing all arrive on time and providing updates
  • Fully responsible for the control, movement, and management of all RYR onsite materials at the 3rd party base
  • Responsible for updating AMOS as shipments arrive at 3rd party base
  • Responsible for updating AMOS daily as RYR stock is consumed by the 3rd party base
  • Ensuring RYR inventory checks are carried out frequently within the 3rd party base

Requirements:


  • Good MS Office and IT skills
  • Knowledge of AMOS is advantageous
  • Must have good English, written and oral
  • Required to be onsite at the 3rd party base through duration of maintenance program
  • Proactive, positive approach, ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong analytical and organisational / time management skills
  • Effective communication skills at all levels
