Salary:
£33,000-35,000 Per annum + Car Allowance

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Repairs and Void Surveyor to support with the delivery of Trident's revenue-based repair and void surveys, ensuring that we achieve value for money and excellent customer satisfaction.

This role will be responsible for overseeing implementation Responsible for the project management of voids and day to day repairs, support when required delivery of the planned and major works projects.

Experience of delivering of repairs and void surveys in social housing stock.
Knowledge of undertaking stock condition surveys and effectively analysing data to help make investment decisions.
Experience of managing costs whilst ensuring that all works are undertaken to a high quality and in line with agreed specifications.
Knowledge of building/construction and safety legislation, standards and best practice.
Have a recognised fire safety qualification and or can evidence relevant industry experience.
