We are working in partnership with The Fire Fighters Charity, who provide specialist, lifelong support for members of the UK fire services community, empowering individuals to achieve mental, physical, and social wellbeing throughout their lives.

They existto support all fire and rescue service personnel, whatever their role in the service, including all those who have retired, as well as for spouses and qualifying dependants.


They are seeking a Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager to cover a period of maternity leave, who will lead and manage the development and delivery of income growth from charity partnerships, including corporate accounts, new business development,and high net value donors, with oversight of trusts and foundations and legacies.

The postholder will be accountable for the delivery and completion of strategic plan projects within own area, contribute to the development and delivery of collaborative strategicprojects, and proactively work towards the achievement of shared organisational and fundraising objectives.


  • Experience of working in a fundraising environment and managing key fundraising projects.
  • Experience of corporate partnership account management and new business development.
  • Knowledge of working with high net value donors.
  • Experience of managing a small team, including objective setting and performance management.
  • Experience of setting and managing budgets.
  • Experience of working with a CRM (Salesforce or similar)
We are seeking an individual with strong communication and project management skills.

Strong interpersonal, networking, influencing and presentation skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with high level decision makers is essential.

Beingflexible, positive, determined, and resilient, with a willingness to work flexible hours and travel as necessary throughout the UK is expected.

Membership of the Institute of Fundraising would be advantageous but is not essential.

Salary**:
£40,042, plus car allowance of £3,400 per annum
