An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Teams to work as a senior mental health practitioner to deliver high quality safe and effective care.

The post holder will also demonstrate a passion crisis resolution home treatment team delivery, quality improvement and attitude which respects and values service users' choice and works alongside them and their carers to ensure they are at the centre of care planning.
