A well-established, modern, forward-thinking managed service provider are on the hunt for their next recruit.
My client is now looking to add a driven 1st line IT Support Engineer to their team on a permanent basis.

- Liaising with clients: raising helpdesk tickets
- Completing first line support tickets
- Escalating issues where necessary
- Growing, developing and upskilling your knowledge every single day
- At least 12 years of experience in an IT Support position
- A genuine passion for IT and excelling your career
- Office 365 experience
- Widows servers
- Active Directory
- LAN/WAN
- Any Citrix or virtualisation
