The role is a hybrid position with 2 days per week in the office In Central Manchester as they like to get together regularly to maintain their strong company culture.

This role has a broad range of tasks that will allow you to engage with all areas of the company and work with some amazing people.

The business operations administrator will be responsible for:

Engaging and coordinating teams across various business projects. Acting as the go-to person for consultants, staff & clients.
Reviewing and managing key processes and making improvements where possible
Work with external clients to understand their needs throughout ongoing projects and work with the Engagement directors to make changes
Emphasise the customer service elements of an engagement and look at making improvements to communications and processes
Support the culture and development by organising socials and events for staff and external stakeholders
Provide information and support to the accounting team and work with information for forecasting & budgeting & clients on areas such as billing
Support the onboarding and engagement of new consultants & manage admin as people move between projects
