We are partnering with one of the most high profile and profitable retail businesses in the UK.

Based in brand new offices in central London, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic team who are responsible for supporting non-finance teams to drivebusiness performance.

This role would suit someone with 2-3 years' experience in commercial finance, ideally within a consumer-facing organisation.

Main responsibilities:

Ownership of sales and margin reporting for the UK business
Working with finance and merchandising to understand and challenge stock movements
Producing weekly trading pack, commentary and insights
Detailed analysis of variances against current trend, prior years and forecast at both store and product category level
Reporting and analysing KPI's (Average Transaction Value, Spend Per Customer)
Developing comprehensive understanding of category margins with Volume, Rate, Mix analysis
Business partnering with both finance and nonfinance colleagues, up to exec level
Tracking and measuring the success of ongoing trials and projects

Your background
Highly numerate with an analytical background, ideally within Retail

Advanced Excel

Part qualified (CIMA/ACMA/ACA), or with previous Commercial Finance experience

Power BI knowledge beneficial
