Job Title:
Application Analyst

Work Pattern: 37 hours per week

Type:
Permanent

Location:
Middlesbrough TS2

Salary:
£40,247 per annum

Purpose of the role -

Job Role -:


  • Work closely with internal user group to provide advice and guidance on the design and development of new and changed systems to optimise operational efficiency
  • Produce full specification of work defined and seek signoff before work is commissioned
  • Recommend modifications for third party software, attending user groups and act as lead advisor to software vendor
  • Plan and implement system modules, enhancements, patches and upgrades inline with change management process to ensure mínimal impact to the business
  • Research ICT development ensuring all system functionality is utilised to create efficient processes within the business
  • Produce and maintain system change documentation
  • Ensure full and robust handover to BAU following project Go Live
  • Experience of SQL DBA
  • Proven experience of analysing user needs and requirements
  • Proven experience of development using MS Power Platform and Sharepoint
