The Role

Your role will involve:

  • Accountable for ensuring that our Partner & Customer journeys are compliant with regulation and legislation
  • Accountable for ensuring that the library of journey maps is maintained and current for use in tender and pitches and partner engagements; preparing new journey maps as required/directed
  • Develop a deep understanding of our partner and customer challenges and specific needs depending on channel and product need through Sales and partner engagement
  • Stay current with legislation and regulation ensuring regular engagement with Risk & Compliance and review of regular updates
  • Identify KPIs that can be used to centrally monitor the endtoend journey for partners and customers; work with Data Teams and Business Leads to put these analytics in place
  • Support the creation of Ideation papers, proposals and business cases for SIC, working with the Business and Change Teams, to present options and solutions that are required to improve our customer and partner journeys

About You
To be considered as Customer Journey Manager, you will need:

  • Seek Customer/Partner Satisfaction
  • Accurately understands the needs of the customer/partner and ensures that problems are resolved effectively
  • Have a collaborative way of working, breaking down any barriers to move relationships forward.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Skilled / Track Record in delivering simple and effective customer journeys that provide the right outcome for the customer and a positive experience
  • A focus on digitization/automation and people and process to support the endtoend customer journey
  • Experienced in working across a business leveraging teams of SME's
  • Able to manage up and down the organization
