Location:
South Yorkshire area. Centres based in Sheffield, Leeds, Doncaster, Rotherham, Barnsley, and Nottingham


Contract type:
Permanent, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday (and the occasional Saturday) with no unsociable hours


Salary:
£42, £51,546.61 dependant on experience
About the Role

As a Clinical Manager, reporting to either the General Manager or the Senior Clinical Services Matron, you will assume a pivotal role in guiding your Clinical team.

Your leadership will ensure that clinical priorities within our centres align with our organisational goals, focusing on safety, client experience, and sustainability.

Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will empower your Clinical Teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. By upholding the highest standards in clinical practice and care, you'll set an example of excellence.

Your collaborative approach will establish close partnerships with the Operational and Clinical departments, essential for the success of this role.


What We're Looking For:


  • Proven experience in management and leadership within a clinical setting
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a Clinical Team towards providing exceptional client experiences
  • A valid Nursing and Midwifery Pin is essential to thrive in this role
