You will
As Head of Communications & Advocacy ACD UK&I, you will be responsible for the Communications strategy across La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, Vichy, SkinCeuticals & Decleor as well as corporate and internal communications
Including:
Brand Communication & Advocacy Strategy
- Development of the Communications & Advocacy strategy across the x5 brands in the UK & Ireland
- Lead an engaged & enabled team to deliver Communications & Advocacy plans
- Work closely with the Head of Medical Communications & Relations to ensure synergies across B2C & B2B strategy
- Identify key KOL & VIPs needed to deliver the Communications & Medical Advocacy strategy
- Forge and foster relationships with key stakeholders for the division, including partners, press, influencers and KOLs
- Agree investment strategy for brands in collaboration with the brand teams
- Strategise local communication & build a coordinated vision
- Drive corporate communications on all media, including leading on brand philanthropy & CSR topics
- Own the social media corporate strategy, including monitoring competitor landscape
- Providing internal counsel & communications support to senior stakeholders
- Anticipate, identify and strategise sensitive topics for the division and the brands
- Lead in crisis situations, ensuring teams are supported and processes implemented efficiently
- Define strategy & fostering a culture of collaboration across functions, mobilising stakeholders to one shared advocacy goal
- Lead the Communications & Advocacy Managers & Social Brand Manager to deliver stand out activations
- Ensure synergies and consistency across brands
- Oversee KPIs and dashboard reporting tools to measure success
- Ensure synergies and maximise advocacy initiatives across retailers & trade marketing
