Estimators (all levels) - Modular Builder

Full Time Permanent - 40 hpw

Salary:
Negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities include:

- a team player who can deliver proposals to tight deadlines, and is supportive in a pressured environment whilst communicating with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- a natural enquirer who gathers information and can summarise the key elements and to meet the requirements of a wide variety of proposals
- a proactive individual who always looks to improve outcomes and ensure adherence with current legislation, including working with third parties to learn about best practice and innovative solutions

• The ability to complete an accurate estimation on the cost to undertake specific projects, whilst identifying possible value engineering options both during and post tender
• To read and understand construction drawings and schedules, and carry out detailed measurement and takeoff from tender information;
• Be able to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines without compromising the accuracy or quality of the estimate.
• Be commercially astute and recognise limitations of the scope to ensure qualifications are aligned, risk management of projects are suitably costs and or qualified
• Create enquiry packages including detailed scope of works and attendances to meet the clients brief, issue and engage with supply chain and manage the prompt return of information.
• Prepare tender evaluation schedules of subcontract tender returns, to table at settlement meetings to ensure team fully understand risk and opportunity of packages
