We are seeking an experienced Housing Advice Caseworker, but will consider taking on the right person as a trainee if you have relevant transferable skills.

You will provide a generalist housing advice and casework service, with a strong focus on preventative advice, at our offices, outreach locations and remotely.

This will include working with local organisations and providing representation for clients.

You will provide high quality generalist housing advice with a view to improving housing conditions, preventing escalation and crisis, and helping to make housing more affordable through maximising incomes and providing benefit checks.
