JOB ROLE:
Charity Administration Assistant**JOB TYPE: PERMANENT
COMPANY**:
Our client is a wonderful charity which is for children's mental health which is based within the heart of Farringdon.
This role will be perfect for a newly graduated individual who is passionate about charity work or an excellent team playerwho has had previous customer service experience.
HOURS:35 hours per week - HYBRID
SALARY:£24,000**LOCATION
:Nearest Tube: Farringdon

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner
- Maintaining accurate records of participants on the system
- General supporting of administration including finance records, creating customer records and invoicing
- Monitoring and scheduling bookings
- Working closely with the Project Manager in a variety of fields
- Ensuring the departments are running smoothly
- Use of Microsoft platforms and learning any of the companies software
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience of customer service and client experience in any environment
- A confident, enthusiastic personality
- Excellent team player
- Able to work autonomously and with initiative, managing own workload and meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft platforms
