JOB ROLE:
Charity Administration Assistant**JOB TYPE: PERMANENT

COMPANY**:

Our client is a wonderful charity which is for children's mental health which is based within the heart of Farringdon.

This role will be perfect for a newly graduated individual who is passionate about charity work or an excellent team playerwho has had previous customer service experience.


HOURS:35 hours per week - HYBRID
SALARY:£24,000**LOCATION
:Nearest Tube: Farringdon

This charity has a warm and inviting atmosphere with a close knit team. The company is very fast paced but will be extremely rewarding.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of participants on the system
  • General supporting of administration including finance records, creating customer records and invoicing
  • Monitoring and scheduling bookings
  • Working closely with the Project Manager in a variety of fields
  • Ensuring the departments are running smoothly
  • Use of Microsoft platforms and learning any of the companies software

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:


  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience of customer service and client experience in any environment
  • A confident, enthusiastic personality
  • Excellent team player
  • Able to work autonomously and with initiative, managing own workload and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft platforms
