Reporting to:
Head Housekeeper


Responsibilities:


  • Working as part of a team to prepare bedrooms and public areas to the very highest standards
  • Assisting the Head Housekeeper to check rooms
  • Assist with sorting and distribution of linen
  • Provide exceptional, memorable guest service at all times
  • Maintain the cleanliness and health and safety of the work place

Desired Skills and Experience:


  • Capability and commitment to delivering high levels of guest care
  • Experience in a similar role within a 5star environment is preferable
  • Attention to detail
  • A smart and professional appearance
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Physically fit
  • A full UK driving license

Hours:
Full Time (45 hours)


A competitive salary of £22,000 with the opportunity to be awarded a bonus based on the delivery of enhanced and sustained profits.

26 days of annual leave to be offered, in addition to public holidays.
