The Role

At Saint-Gobain Exterior Solutions (SGES), we are looking for a Financial Accountant to work in our Finance team, helping to deliver accurate reporting, strong financial control and trusted business support.

This Financial Accountant role will be part of a close-knit, collaborative team. The team is highly personable and acts as a go-to function for both finance and non-finance colleagues across the business. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations while helping and supporting senior leadership team.

Weber is part of Saint-Gobain Exterior Solutions (SGES), bringing together Weber and Kilwaughter under one unified exterior solutions business. This role can be worked on a hybrid basis, with 3 days per week in the Flitwick office.

What we're looking for:

• A qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) with strong financial accounting experience
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP essential – SAP 7.7 or S/4HANA advantageous)
• Strong balance sheet control and month-end reporting experience
• Confident communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting non-finance teams
• A proactive, resilient individual who enjoys improving processes and working in a lean team environment

What you will be doing:

• Supporting monthly reporting to UK and Paris, ensuring compliance with Group deadlines
• Owning and reconciling key balance sheet areas including inventory, fixed assets and IFRS adjustments
• Preparing journals and working closely with Shared Service Centre teams (AP, AR, Treasury, GL)
• Running the Weber ledger and supporting financial controls across the business
• Partnering with colleagues across Flitwick and Kilwaughter (Larne) to ensure aligned reporting and continuous improvement
