What you'll do:

As a Creative Strategist & Campaign Specialist at Vodafone's Global Employer Brand team, your core responsibility is to reshape Vodafone's employer image through creative communication and content.

This entails engaging top talent on various platforms, crafting content that showcases employees, projects, and messaging in line with our global employer value proposition (EVP).

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams during the rollout of a new global EVP, providing a unique opportunity to showcase your creative skills and make a company-wide and senior leadership impact.

Who you are:

You will be responsible for managing Vodafone's reputation as an employer across external channels and digital platforms.
You will own and manage all our careerfocused social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram) and work closely with our _VOIS team to oversee community management and reporting.
You will support the team by continuously reviewing and updating the content on our global career website.
You will be responsible for creating and sourcing the most appropriate and relevant content for these channels to attract and engage our target audiences
