Lettings / Senior Lettings Negotiator - Southampton - Salary Dependent on Experience c. 19k-21k - Car Allowance - Independent Agency - Flagship Office -
Independent Estate Agency requires a motivated

Responsibilities for this Lettings/Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:

Registering and assisting tenants and purchasers with viewings
Maintaining close relationships and providing feedback
Assisting the tenancy process
Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments

Skills & Experience for this Lettings/Senior Lettings Negotiator role:

Experience within estate agency lettings or sales
Comfortable working with targets
Enjoy working with autonomy as well being part of a larger team
Drive and ambition to 'add value'

£21,000 Salary (DOE)
