Merchandising Admin Assistant | London | Fashion Retailer | up to £23,000 | Hybrid Working

This is the perfect role for someone who has just finished their studies in Business Management or a Fashion qualification at the FRA or University.

Equally, you may already be working in a head office as an MAA but are ready to move onto a bigger business where there is more opportunity for progression.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Owning all departmental administrative tasks
  • Update weekly and daily sales for your Assistant Merchandiser
  • Attend product meetings and liaise with the Buying Assistant and Buyer daily
  • Help to prepare trade reports on a Monday alongside your Merchandiser and Assistant Merchandiser
  • You will be confident with presenting
  • Review weekly best and worst sellers
  • Manage the critical path to ensure stock is coming into the business on time
  • Flag any delays to your Merchandiser
  • Ensure accurate information is logged onto the systems
  • Raise accurate PO's for any new or repeat orders

Other Details:

  • Will have a Fashion or Business Degree
  • You will get 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
  • Hybrid Working 2/3 days office based
