Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be representing a RIBA Chartered Practice based just outside of London.

Our client is looking for a BIM Coordinator to work within the BIM and digital team to ensure delivery on a number of high-profile projects throughoutthe RIBA stages.

On offer is a hybrid working arrangement, a bonus scheme, and a competitive salary.

Essential skills needed for this BIM Coordinator role:

An enthusiastic individual about BIM and Digital Construction
To have extensive experience working in an information manager's role
Proactive team member
To hold excellent communication skills
Experience in using IFC
Previous experience with relevant BIM and UK building standards, including ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework
Hold an Architectural or Construction background
