***Calling allcompassionate and dedicated individuals Mencap is seeking passionate SupportWorkers to join our incredible team in Cudworth.

As a SupportWorker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives ofindividuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diversegroup of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.

From assistingwith daily activities to providing emotional support, you'll play a vital rolein their life.

In our Cudworthservice we support 4 individuals, some with physical disabilities as well aslearning disabilities. This role includes personal care.

You will betrained to use a hoist, along with any further training required to completethis role.


What we're looking for:


  • Agenuine passion for supporting others.
  • Excellentcommunication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Flexibilityto work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Apositive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learningdisabilities.

Contract options:


  • Parttime:flexible hours based on availability up to 25 hours.

Shift times:


All our services are 24hr care. We prepare therotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal andsocial life

  • Days:Between 07:3021:00
