Boiler Genie are looking to recruit a customer services representative. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team based next to Glasgow city centre. The successful applicant must have good communication skills and have excellent attention to detail

Job Role.

Working as part of the ECO team, you will be responsible for ensuring all new enquires are fully informed of what services we can offer, you will guide the customer through the eco process and work closely with our surveyors who will visit the property.

You will be required to:

Communicate with surveyors and customers regarding energy efficient measures and services offered
Liaise with the customer keeping them informed of each stage of their surveys and installation.

Keen attention to detail
Flexible, positive approach 'Can do' attitude
Target & timeline driven
The ability to follow a process from start to finish with accurate, consistent results
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Strong communication skills
Reliable team player. Must have good computer knowledge.
