    Job Title: Fundraising & Marketing Manager

    This is an exciting opportunity to join our client at a pivotal time of development, as they seek a skilled Fundraising & Marketing Manager to drive income growth through a portfolio of well-supported events and community fundraising.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in events, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy and manage a small team responsible for trusts and grants. They should also possess a deep understanding of funding application processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day fundraising and marketing activity, supporting the CEO in delivering an ambitious plan for income growth.
    • Help plan and execute a diverse portfolio of fundraising and challenge events, including a successful annual gala.
    • Lead community fundraising efforts.
    • Collaborate with the CEO and wider team to write compelling grant applications.
    • Cultivate and manage relationships with key individual supporters and groups.
    • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to engage supporters.
    • Create engaging content for social media, websites, and printed materials.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • A proven track record of success in two or more of the following income streams: Events, Individual Giving, Trusts, or Community Fundraising.
    • Experience managing fundraising and marketing campaigns.
    • Experience managing email and social media marketing channels.
    • Knowledge, enthusiasm for, or experience working in the mental health sector.
    • Ability to work flexibly on key events.
    • Capacity to engage and maintain support from various supporter groups.

    Benefits:

    • Competitive salary: Up to £40,000 (dependent on experience).
    • Hybrid working arrangement with opportunities to work from Central London.
