Looking to make a difference in the lives of young students with special needs? Join our team at an exceptional Alternative Provision school in Oxfordshire as a Sports Coach/Behaviour Mentor
As a key member of our support team, you will have the opportunity to work with students aged 5-16, using your creativity and passion for sports to plan engaging activities and games.
Whether working with students one-on-one or in small groups, you will have the chance to build strong relationships and make a meaningful impact on their lives.
We are looking for someone who is patient, dedicated, and versatile, with a passion for working with students from all backgrounds.
While experience working with SEN students is advantageous, we provide training and courses at all levels to support your growth and development.
In addition to a competitive salary of £80 to £100 per day depending on experience, we offer a supportive and inclusive work environment, with training and CPD opportunities available to all staff.
