Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:


  • Administrative telephony tasks: new user set up, creation of queues, assigning direction of line etc.
  • Managing telephony databases
  • Onboarding and offboarding of customers business telephone numbers/services
  • Creating and removing extensions
  • Ensuring call redirection and call forwarding activity is accurate
  • Setting up and removing Ring Groups and Hunt Groups
  • Train users on how to use and access the system
  • Provide user assistance as required
  • Documenting process and procedures in detail
  • Creating customised phone reports as requested by the business.

Experience and Knowledge:


  • Proven Telephony Database Management and programming experience
  • Experience with telephony systems migrations and upgrades.
  • Knowledge of online portals like STCM (SIP Trunk Call Manager)
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
