Description

Office based in Hythe, Hampshire, with occasional travel to local sites.

for use in a range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals.

Core responsibilities will include:

Recruitment

Assume responsibility of preinterview screening
Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice

**Relationships

Arrange and maintain regular meetings and reviews with key stakeholders
Developing effective working relationships with existing and new recruiting Managers
Build and maintain the relationships with our external suppliers, to ensure value for money

**Reporting

Create a suite of reports detailing performance towards all KPI's for from line resourcing
Download and share data from online platforms

Branding

Maintain and build the New Forest brand online
Be a brand ambassador for New Forest Care

Key knowledge and skills:

Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, HR Consultant or similar position
Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
Customer Service and sales skills
Knowledgeable of employer branding techniques
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Wellorganised and excellent with prioritisation and timemanagement
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using applicant tracking and recruitment marketing software
Experience using social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
