Office based in Hythe, Hampshire, with occasional travel to local sites.

Core responsibilities will include:


Recruitment

  • Assume responsibility of preinterview screening
  • Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
**Relationships

  • Arrange and maintain regular meetings and reviews with key stakeholders
  • Developing effective working relationships with existing and new recruiting Managers
  • Build and maintain the relationships with our external suppliers, to ensure value for money
**Reporting

  • Create a suite of reports detailing performance towards all KPI's for from line resourcing
  • Download and share data from online platforms

Branding

  • Maintain and build the New Forest brand online
  • Be a brand ambassador for New Forest Care

Key knowledge and skills:


  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, HR Consultant or similar position
  • Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
  • Customer Service and sales skills
  • Knowledgeable of employer branding techniques
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Wellorganised and excellent with prioritisation and timemanagement
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience using applicant tracking and recruitment marketing software
  • Experience using social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
