Our client is looking for several Project Managers to work closely with clients and the internal project management team, coordinating with the creative and technical teams, being the primary point of contact to deliver projects in line with scope, budget andtimelines.
What you'll be doingYou'll scope and plan complex projects end to end projects, be responsible for the creation of scope of work documents, functional specs, project plans, communication plans, RAID and RACI logs. Being part of the end-to-end management of each project from discovery,planning production, deployment and maintenance.
Updating and maintaining documentation to make sure project scope is always accurate and change requests are flagged and approved.
Reporting to stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time and budget, you'll liaise with the client to monitor andescalate risks and maintain customer focus.
Continually contributing ideas to improve the project from all aspects, especially from an end-user perspective.Organising and facilitating meetings to feedback information clearly and effectively, you'll gather platform requirements using workshops, onlinemeetings, surveys and research.
What experience you'll need to apply:
- Managed web development projects and retained clients' ongoing support
- Great relationship building with public sector and B2B clients
- Strong knowledge of Drupal / Umbraco
- Ability to understand customer objectives and build brand loyalty
- Passionate about UX, app, integration and ecommerce technology
- Desire to grow and develop within a company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
