Description

The Specialist, is a key interface between HR, Occupational Health and the technology responsible for steering and resolving key performance indicators such as Absence and Reintegration and Agency Performance Reviews.


Absence and Reintegration Steering:
Arrange absence review appointments with relevant parties.
Steering Medical department and ensure local demands are considered and adhered to.
Coaching managers and leader in absence mgmt. and leading formal reviews
Ensure local Group Leaders are kept informed and up to date with progress and escalation topics.
Interrogating and tracking short and long term absence trends and PL adherence to AIP process.
Proactive approach to support / find roles within the business
Accompany relevant HR Manager to weekly people and absence meetings
Liaise with employee to ensure relevant paperwork is submitted in a timely manor
Interrogation of absence data (from SAP)
Reports on absence rates and uploads data into target management systems

Include elements of reviewing people's restrictions, using understanding and network of the technology to find creative/innovative solutions for associate reintegration planning etc.

Drive absence management initiatives
Develop paperless absence processes to drive efficiency and transparency

Agency Associate Performance:
Support the development of the agency assessment process.
Create documentation and required forms. Liaise with the innovation team to create the relevant assessment portal.
Ensures all identified agency Associates (within 2 year probation period) are assessed on a regular basis following the agreed process
Reviews all reports and follow up on negative feedback
Chases and escalated where applicable outstanding reviews.
Monitors performance development of highlighted Associates
Is responsible for the monthly KPI delivery reported to central planning and steering departments
Work cross functionally within the business and on relevant topics.
Liaise with external suppliers on a daily basis such as Health Partners / Nuffield Health.
Proven ability in clear and concise English, strong written/verbal communications.
Ability to communicate at all levels in the organisation
Must have a good understanding of occupational health practices and knowledge.
Must have a basic HR knowledge in terms of employment law regulations / Disability Act. CIPD qualification is desirable
Relevant undergraduate degree desirable
Experience of working within a professional environment required.
Ability to engage with individuals across all levels of the organisations.
Exceptional organisation skills required including the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure and problem solve.
Ability to "manage upwards", ensuring that Group processes are followed irrespective of seniority within the business.
High level of communication skills required, both written and oral.
Microsoft office to an advanced level.
