ICS Law are based in Jarrow and are Lexcel Accredited.

We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced Conveyancing Assistant who can also do Post Completion work within our Conveyancing Department.

We are looking to recruit either part time or full time and salary is dependant on experience.

You must have at least 1 years experience in managing a case load. You would be dealing with Clients, Solicitors and Lenders. You would be working alongside an experienced Fee Earner.

You must have at least 1 years Post Completion experience.

The job will include the following roles and responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Submitting AP1's to the land registry
  • Dealing with Requisitions received from the land registry
  • Land Registry Searches

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 21 per week


Salary:
£20,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Conveyancing: 1 year (preferred)
