Responsibilities:
Classroom Instruction:
Deliver high-quality teaching and instruction in accordance with established curriculum guidelines and lesson plans.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment by effectively managing student behavior and encouraging active participation.
Differentiated Instruction:
Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate students with diverse learning needs, ensuring inclusive education for all.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to promote continuous improvement.
Collaborative Planning:
Collaborate with school staff and administrators to develop and refine instructional strategies, curriculum, and assessments.
Communication:
Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to address any concerns and provide necessary support.
Flexibility:
Be prepared to work in different educational settings, including primary, secondary, and special education, as per the agency's assignment requirements.
Compliance:
Adhere to all agency policies, regulations, and legal requirements, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in the classroom with instructional activities.
- Provide oneonone assistance to students who need extra help.
- Assist with grading and record keeping.
- Attend faculty meetings and other professional development activities.
- Assist with the preparation of materials for instruction.
- Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
- Help students develop positive social skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 36 per week
Salary:
£100.00-£200.00 per day
