Description

The role will be required to provide professional accountability for other CCPL roles with the CBC directorate as well clinical leadership to other clinical teams working with the team via external networks.

The postholder will be expected to develop close working relationship with relevant CCPL roles at place, key primary, community and acute stakeholders and with regional networks and teams.

In agreement with the postholder, a more detailed workplan will be developed after appointment.
