This Marketing Agency works with some fantastic B2C clients across a range of different industries and they are currently going through some huge growth


THE ROLE
As a CRM Planner, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Working closely with one of the agency's key clients to understand their goals and plans
  • Create briefs for projects from both a analytical and creative perspective
  • Working closely with the data and insights team to craft stories for stakeholders
  • Present back to senior level client contacts to tell stories via strategy, data, and insights

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of CRM principles is necessary
  • Experience in a dataled position will be required in order to develop strategy
