We are currently working on a permanent Systems Accountant role for an extremely well established organisation based in Central London.

They are running on Microsoft Business Central as their ERP.


The role will focus on managing, maintaining and enhancing the finance and retail systems, including integration's with other business systems.

Working on a hybrid basis without any direct reports, day to day duties will include:


  • Supporting the business as systems administrator, managing user profiles and systems
  • Provide training on Microsoft BC and troubleshoot any issues for the finance team
  • Analyse business requirements and suggest improvements to business processes, then lead
on the implementation of those processes

  • Manage the lifecycle of data in Microsoft BC
  • Keep up to date with systems enhancements and upgrades
  • Responsible for the monitoring and maintaining integration's with retail and ecommerce
systems

  • Audit 3rd party processes
  • Business partner with IT, finance, legal and sales teams in relation to finance systems
