Position Summary:

Due to business growth working with a Global brand in FMCG we are growing our team.

We are looking for experienced Warehouse administrators to support the supervisor and management team on a day to day basis.

You will need to be available immediately.

This role is a 4 on, 4 off days and 4 on and 4 off nights, including weekends.


About The Role


As a highly organised Warehouse Administrator in a very busy, dynamic Terminal, you will be preparing and assisting the warehouse supervisors, issuing work to warehouse operatives and assisting with Stock control.

You will have excellent communication skills with stakeholders and customers, working to tight deadlines accurately and effectively.

Your IT skills will be very good and previous experience of SAP and Transporeon would be useful.

You must have a flexible approach to work which includes weekends.

Required Criteria

  • Right to work in the UK
  • 2 years+ Logistics / warehouse administration experience
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

Desired Criteria

  • Ideally have some import/export knowledge
  • Experience with Transporeon (Haulage management software) preferred
