Description
As the Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with prospecting new businesses, retaining business won and agreeing terms at the right margin.
If the challenge of winning and nurturing new business excites you then this could be the perfect rolefor you.This exciting opportunity will involve leveraging the group portfolio to generate GP for Experis as a brand. This is a hybrid role with occasional travel across the Midlands and North of England.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with operations to develop the sales strategy and grow our GP value
- Build a sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and generate leads through to client conversion
- Develop plans to ensure longterm profitable relationships that are built on trust and excellent communication
- Develop and implement added value concepts and services with new clients, focusing on higher value solutions
- Support the brand value propositions and differentiation to give Experis the best chance of success
- Ensure all sales activity and pipeline is tracked, qualified, and signed off in accordance with internal procedures
- Communicate with all internal stakeholders throughout the sales process
- Ensuring that the appropriate commercial (financial and legal) processes are in place and adhered to for all opportunities
- Work closely with managers to ensure plans are implemented successfully
- Keep up to date with trends and the impact on our industry
- Achieve minimum expected client meetings weekly and monthly
