We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our busy Stafford based team as a Project Coordinator.

This is a new role for our team providing support to the team that look after the National Citizen Service courses and events that we run, you would be responsible for the maintenance of the client data base ensuring that the attendee's details are uploaded correctly and reflect accurately those that are attending each event, you will also work with the wider team to ensure that this information is shared with the relevant team members in a timely and effective manner.


We are looking for someone ideally with experience of working with Salesforce but we would consider anyone with experience of working with CRM databases, we also need someone that has an excellent attention to detail, is self motivated and someone with the flexibility to work in a hybrid role based from home with occasional work either in our Stafford office or onsite at the NCS events.

The hours on this role can also be quite flexible with events meaning that some days could be longer than others with time off in lieu.

What you'll be doing:


  • Management of CRM system (Salesforce) for, compliance and data/case management and communications.
  • Record Management, including running timely reports and logging of incidents
  • Demonstrate effective cost control
  • Coordinate and administer weekly and monthly billing requirements
  • Have a full understanding of the client and stakeholder requirements
  • Work to the highest professional standards, supporting others to achieve outstanding levels of performance
  • Coordinate and contribute to regular operational meetings, including identifying and tracking areas of risk and ensuring allocated actions are followed through and completed
  • Maintain current and comprehensive records and support the Business Support Manager across all workstreams
  • Ensure business process is being adhered to, providing accurate information, of sufficient detail and in a timely way to support all business reporting

What we're looking for:


  • Previous experience with CRM systems
  • Salesforce is advantageous
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
  • IT literate in a range of software: including Microsoft packages
  • High personal standards in communication and delivering customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to own workload
