We are delighted to be working with one of our longstanding financial services clients who provide specialised mortgage and secured loans in their search for a compliance officer.

Having grown year on year our client has recently acquired a new lending book and Reed are assisting them with key hires across different areas.

This role, sits with their small compliance team and offers the opportunity to work within a varied role.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide compliance advice, monitoring and support to the compliance manager. Daily duties cover areas of Compliance Monitoring, Financial Crime and Complaint Handling and FOS.

Education and experience:

Relevant mortgage and/or financial services related qualification would be an advantage.
At least 2 years' experience gained within the mortgage/financial services industry.
Salary £45,000 £50,000.

Benefits:

Only 1 day a month required to work from the office.
Pension 2.6% Employee contribution (salary sacrifice), 5.4% Company Contribution.
Holiday 21 days, increasing by 1 day each full year of service to a maximum of 28 days.

Life Cover: 4x annual salary.
