Reception Administrator
Perfect role for an aspiring graduate to join a top 100 accountancy firm
100% office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:15 am to 5:15 pm
Generous annual leave: 31 days including Bank Holidays.

Our client, a leading professional services firm in Banbury, are seeking a vibrant and organised recent graduate to join their team as a Receptionist Administrator where you'll be at the centre of a busy hub of action.
You'll be pivotal in ensuring seamless client service, as the first face clients meet you'll be key in supporting various facets of this busy business.
Purpose of the Role
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional client service, representing the firm with enthusiasm and professionalism. You'll handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and maintain meeting rooms to guarantee a superior client experience. Additionally, you'll support the facilities team with office management tasks and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and manage communication systems.
- Create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
- Maintain meeting rooms to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with office facilities management.
- Provide technical support for meeting room technology.
- Oversee client meeting areas and staff recreation room.
- Collaborate with IT to manage electronic signin systems.
- Order and manage office supplies and catering.
- Assist with premises opening and document archiving.
- Maintain basic firstaid qualifications.
- Support various departments as needed.
Experience Required
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions

Pay:
£24,000.00 per year
