    Your new role
Reporting to our Head of Fund Services, International, our brand-new Head of Finance seat will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing financial aspects of AustralianSuper's rapidly growing global operations, including:

  • Global Financial Strategy
  • Risk Management
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Compliance and Regulatory Oversight
  • Currency Management
  • Financial Reporting
  • Cost Management
  • Procurement
  • Payroll
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Team Leadership
  • Facilities


Managing a small team in London, you will work closely with teams and domains, all experiencing high levels of growth and change, as we continue to expand operation across our London and New York office.


  • This role is based onsite at London King's Cross Estate, one of the core assets of the Fund's global portfolio, with a hybrid work schedule.
    What you'll need
Culture is key at AustralianSuper, and we are looking for someone who is a team player that enjoys working in a high performing collaborative team, with:

  • Significant experience working within a regulated financial/investment firm.
  • Exposure operating in a global organisation in a senior finance position.
  • Hold Chartered Accountancy qualifications
  • Excellent track record of both strategic and people leadership Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
