We are excited to let you know about a great new opportunity with an international law firm who are hiring a Manager to join their team in Bristol on a hybrid working basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage the firm's New Business Intake and clientonboarding process.

To be considered for this role, you will have at least 5 years experience working in law firm Risk & Compliance department and you'll have knowledge of SRA Code of Conduct requirements, Money Laundering legislation, client onboarding and the ability to answergeneral compliance queries from the firm.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

Managing the firm's client and matter inception compliance processes
Staying up to date with legal compliance developments
Implementing and operating effective policies and procedures
Maintaining internal client relationships across the business
Providing expertise on client and matter inception projects and initiatives as required
Delivering relevant training to the business as well as new joiners to the team
Conducting firmwide AML risk assessments and audits
Carrying out recruitment and performance management for the team
