Description
Tasks of the Studio Administrator include the following:
- Managing the reception area and welcoming guests.
- Taking care of shipments and deliveries.
- Organising meetings and overseeing catering.
- Working closely with Finance to aid smooth bookkeeping.
- Updating staff contracts and keeping employees up to date with new HR requirements (supported by external HR company).
- Keeping the health and safety of the studio up to date, ie PAT testing/ fire equipment servicing. Induction & training for employees.
- Booking travel for designers & directors
- Managing inventory items for the office, stationery etc.
- Managing software for designers & visualisers.
- Filing and data entry in an accurate and efficient manner
- Building maintenance, overseeing contractors.
Profile:
- Mature, friendly and approachable attitude
- Proven experience working in an administrative role in an office setting.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
