Description

Tasks of the Studio Administrator include the following:

  • Managing the reception area and welcoming guests.
  • Taking care of shipments and deliveries.
  • Organising meetings and overseeing catering.
  • Working closely with Finance to aid smooth bookkeeping.
  • Updating staff contracts and keeping employees up to date with new HR requirements (supported by external HR company).
  • Keeping the health and safety of the studio up to date, ie PAT testing/ fire equipment servicing. Induction & training for employees.
  • Booking travel for designers & directors
  • Managing inventory items for the office, stationery etc.
  • Managing software for designers & visualisers.
  • Filing and data entry in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Building maintenance, overseeing contractors.

Profile:


  • Mature, friendly and approachable attitude
  • Proven experience working in an administrative role in an office setting.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
