The role:
This diverse, challenging role will provide you with your first steps into financial services. A great opportunity for someone who is driven, and enthusiastic to gain an extensive introduction into the financial sector. As a Pensions Administrator, you will be a key member of the team providing proactive and extensive administrative support.
No pensions experience necessary as all training on-the-job, however experience in an office administrative role is preferred.
It will require an organised, logical and numerate individual who works well under pressure, and is able to successfully prioritise a heavy workload.
This is a full time 37.5 hours Monday to Friday role based on site in our Shoreditch office.
What will you be doing?
- Maintaining the internal database and electronic files
- Processing financial transactions
- Providing administration support to the client managers
- Undertaking mathematical calculations
- General office & administrative tasks
What do you need?
- Educated to A-Level/Level 3 Certificate, Diploma, NVQ/BTEC standard
- Excellent organisation skills
- The ability to communicate clearly and a good telephone manner
- A head for numbers
- To be proactive with the ability to work independently and take initiative when required
- The right to work in the UK
