The role:

This diverse, challenging role will provide you with your first steps into financial services. A great opportunity for someone who is driven, and enthusiastic to gain an extensive introduction into the financial sector. As a Pensions Administrator, you will be a key member of the team providing proactive and extensive administrative support.
No pensions experience necessary as all training on-the-job, however experience in an office administrative role is preferred.


It will require an organised, logical and numerate individual who works well under pressure, and is able to successfully prioritise a heavy workload.

Full training will be provided, along with ongoing support for professional development and internal progression opportunities.

This is a full time 37.5 hours Monday to Friday role based on site in our Shoreditch office.


What will you be doing?

  • Maintaining the internal database and electronic files
  • Processing financial transactions
  • Providing administration support to the client managers
  • Undertaking mathematical calculations
  • General office & administrative tasks

What do you need?

  • Educated to A-Level/Level 3 Certificate, Diploma, NVQ/BTEC standard
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • The ability to communicate clearly and a good telephone manner
  • A head for numbers
  • To be proactive with the ability to work independently and take initiative when required
  • The right to work in the UK
