The role will be based in Huntingdon at Osprey House, once trained, there may be the opportunity to work from home on occasions.

Alpheus (A wholly owned part of the Anglian Water Group) owns and operates a suite of well-established liquid waste recycling centres.

Serving a variety of tankered waste haulier customers, the sites offer a fully regulated and compliant disposal service for a wide range of industrial and commercial liquid wastes.

In addition, as registered waste brokers, the Alpheus team can arrange transport and treatment of an even wider variety of wastes for industrial customers providing services across the UK.


What you'll be doing:


In addition to our main contact for customers, as our Customer Co-ordinator you will have the opportunity to see enquiries progress into scheduled work, then follow the work through to invoicing and final payment of the invoice.

The role is varied and engaging, depending on where your interests are, there is further opportunity to support the team - perhaps you are arty and want to be involved with customer communication and social media posts for us? Or interrogating and analysing data is your thing and you can get involved with this, the opportunities are endless

What does it take to be successful?


The role of Customer Co-ordinator is a busy one, so to succeed in this highly involved and rewarding role experience in a fast-moving working environment would be useful along with taking pride in delivering high quality work, accurately and to time.


In the role of Customer Co-ordinator, you will use databases and excel to update records and maintain schedules so strong IT skills, with MS Office/Excel is essential however additional training can be given.
