Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Divisional People Partner. You will support the delivery of the RUH People Plan across our clinical Divisions.

The RUH People Plan focusses on three strategic themes: Culture, Capability and Capacity. These three themes are underpinned by two key foundations. The first is, ensuring we have user friendly people processes and secondly, creating an environment where everyone is respected and treated kindly.

To enable the successful delivery of the RUH People Plan we are currently implementing a People Plan Programme function. The Divisional People Partner will be a fundamental stakeholder in the programme and a key interface with clinical divisions.

Secondments will be considered.

The Divisional People Partners (DPP) are an important and integral member of their Divisional senior management teams, providing a strategic People focus and help set direction for the Divisions.

The primary aim of the role is to support the Division, and the RUH, to achieve the strategic objective "You Matter".

DPPs are responsible for ensuring that delivery of the People Plan is a high priority for the Divisions, linked to achievement of all other RUH strategies and objectives, with a particular emphasis on diversity, openness, and candour across the business, working to ensure the
organisation's staff culture and leadership priorities are lived out through our people partnerships.

You'll work proactively with the Divisional Senior Management Team and other senior stakeholders to support and lead workforce planning, transformation, engagement, and performance, embedding good people practice and raising people management capability within the Divisions.

Also working closely with the Chief People Officer, Deputy Director for People, Associate Directors, and other colleagues within the People Directorate, you'll lead, design, develop and implement initiatives that support the delivery of the RUH People Plan, people policies,
people management practice, and the effective operation of the People Hub.

At the RUH we're proud to put people at the heart of what we do, working together as one team to make a difference for our patients, each other, and our community.

No matter what your role is, we value everyone's contribution in supporting the exceptional, person-centered care we pride ourselves on.

We are committed to creating a compassionate and inclusive environment.

This can be seen in our growing community of staff networks - celebrating successes and creating opportunities to listen and learn.

We value our differences, champion kindness and civility, and truly believe that diversity makes us stronger.

A culture of learning, developing and innovating is the thread that runs throughout our whole organisation. We want to support you to thrive, taking your career to its full potential.

We value staff wellbeing, with a well-established programme of support.
