Band 6 Health Visitor
Opportunity available for a Health Visitor to work within a community team, Based in Northampton

The team sits within the Community Team with the role predominately supporting the delivery of the mandated contacts as per the Healthy Child Programme, and to offer Public Health advice to families within Northampton area.

As part of this role you will routinely include working with families and young people and you will use your expertise and training to identify needs and determine risks and work with clinical and public health colleagues to make sure the right support is provided as early as possible.

This role is to commence ASAP and will be full time working 37.5 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday

The hourly rate for this role will be £25.00 Per Hour
