Legionella Risk Assessor

Cambridge

£32,000-£38,000 + Benefits (Depending on Experience)
An exciting new vacancy has just opened with one of my key clients.

They are a market leading facilities management company who have a new mobilising water hygiene division which has continued to grow since being established.

Due to this they now requirean experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join their talent team.

Key Responsibilities of a Legionella Risk Assessor:

  • Drawing of schematic diagrams.
  • Provide technical support where required.
  • To carryout remedial works in response to quoted works.
  • Carry out PPM service visits using appropriate tools and systems.
  • Ensure all site L8 logbooks are up to date and accurate.
  • To complete legionella risk assessments to a high standard in line with the ACOP L8 and HSG274 manually and electronically.
  • To ensure that Legionella Risk Assessments paperwork and reports are completed correctly and returned within agreed KPI timescales.

Education, Skills and Experience Needed:


  • City and Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing.
  • At least 1 year's post qualification experience.
  • You must have a full UK driving licence to be considered.
  • Up to date knowledge of technical regulations including Water Supply.
  • Regulations/Byelaws, L8 ACOP. HSG274 and any other relevant guidance
  • Ability to prioritise, organised and must be selfmotivated.
