Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a globally recognised brand on the recruitment of a Head of Reward and Recognition.


Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will lead a small team that will be responsible for setting out the strategy of the global Reward plan.

This will be inclusive of Pay, Benefits, Incentives and much more.


You will be instrumental in influencing key decisions at senior leadership level, leading the function's contribution towards the organisations overall plan.


To be successful within the position you will need to have experience in leading a global reward strategy previously, and have experience of leading a team from the front.

Excellent experience of planning and advising on the preparation of Remuneration CommitteeReviews (REMCO) and all things compensation and benefits is essential.


You will have/need:

  • Experience leading a global Reward and Recognition strategy
  • Excellent knowledge of REMCO
  • Previous experience leading a team
  • Excellent analytical capability
  • Ability to lead and influence on the senior leadership team
  • Experience working in a large complex matrix organisation
This role offer excellent hybrid working of a 50/50 split between office and home. The offices are very conveniently located in the West Sussex are with good links in and out.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £115,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits.
