Are you a qualified social worker looking for work in West London? We are looking for a diligent and passionate HCPC registered worker to join our fostering team.

You will be working alongside other motivated workers to recruit, assess, train and support foster carers providing a whole range of foster care to children requiring placements.

The primary responsibilities are to assess new foster carers' suitability and to update Form Fs for existing carers whilst improving the services to children 'Looked After' and their carers.

You will also be required to supervise and manage foster care placements in accordance with the UK National Standards for Foster Care, Code of Practice and Fostering Services Regulations.


You can expect to manage and support your allocated caseload and undertake professional duties as necessary such as assisting with devising and facilitating training programmes with other team members and offering post placement expert support.

You will also be required to produce and keep up to date reports detailing both initial and continuing approvals, which will be presented to the relevant panels.
